You could likely get in, but the store is pretty small, and rather cluttered so I don't know that you would be able to comfortably move around.
You can get to the racks with current comics and trade paperbacks and to the register without issues. Back issues are up a couple of steps which would be problematic. Staff is knowledgeable and superfriendly.
You could enter with a wheelchair, but the backend of the store, where they keep the back issues, is raised. You'll be able to view the most recent comics and trade paperbacks, but won't be able to access the second part. Although the staff is always friendly, so they would be willing to help I bet.

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to, all the back stock comics are in the back of the store, along with most of the variants, which have stairs going up to them, might still be worth it, they keep their highest priced books (old, variants, 1st appearances) up front and newest books as well
