Yes they do have a food pantry and also a thrift store .
Yes, you can get help. They may also supply you with a list of dinners at churches and soup kitchens. The help center will be your best resource for that area because most all other help is in downtown Charlotte. If there is anything at all I can do for you please let me know. I have many contacts at various churches all throughout the area.
