Mail delivery to wrong address, seem like mail is not being delivery promptly. Put in change address in oct 31, not receiving mail in my permerant address yet, still getting it in my old address! Put in new address, hopefully will get mail soon?

Same issue here: moved from Holly Springs Fuquay Varina. Since forwarding email (per 11/19) 70% of mail is NOT forwarded. Both HS as FV are under the FV postmaster. Earlier move from Texas to Holly Springs was 100% correct. Now 30%. Why is the postmaster not removed from his "job". Unbelievable incompetentie.
