Awful service. I came in to get a pair of contacts because I lost one of mine and they literally couldn’t just sell me a pack. Their records were disorganized and, they could not produce my prescription despite the fact that I have always attended their vision center for the last several years for all of my contacts and glasses. Strongly believe it’s just this location as I had never had a negative encounter at the Cary, NC location. I went less than a year ago to this location and they acted like I’d never been there before and, now I have to go somewhere else to get a new eye exam and prescription just for a pack of lenses.
