I ordered a chicken calzone last night and it was the best calzone I ever had and I have to know what kind of cheese was in it? It reminds me of a mix between ricotta and cream cheese. I love it! If anybody knows please tell me lol.

Most calzones are made with ricotta & mozzarella. That is how I made them when I worked in a NJ pizzeria.

I would just just call them. The owners are very kind and helpful.ive contacted themn quite a few times about gluten free pronducts.

The calzon is ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese with the sauce on the side.
