Well where do I start! They are very unprofessional, told me on numerous occasion that he would drop me as a client due to me being what he called “difficult client”, and all I wanted was people who were Trained more properly. People who actually showed up! When I would have a good cna or pca then they would drop their hours or send them somewhere else!! When the caregivers would tell how much they made versus what I paid I couldn’t believe! They make about 9 and hour and I pay 22 an hour!! Theses caregivers mostly aren’t educated and they are rude. Don’t respect my house , and when I have to call the office Rutha is very rude and mono toned and says whatever she can to shut you up and get you off the phone! This company wasn’t what it use to be when louanne was there she truly cared and always sent good caregivers to my house. Louanne also came to my house to actually speak to me while Ruth’s I have never and only spoke to on the phone! How can we trust someone who doesn’t even know you or care to send the right person to your house! Bill the owner use to be more compassionate towards me and my family and now can’t even get ahold of him, he’s never at work and were told not to call him!! What a way to run a company!!

I have been working with Bill for the last 3 years, he has helped the Gaston veterans council do great work in senior facilities, events throughout the county. Work with him in a previous job in the funeral business and got nothing but praise from families that he has worked with their loved ones. I can't tell you how many times I have heard people Express the caring attitude, attention to detail he gives to his clients and people in our community. It has been a real honor and privilege of watching his company grow and grow to be such an outstanding business employing so many people in our community. Also with his willingness to put his treasure time and talents freely to support our community such as educational courses it'll workshop on dementia awareness, Alzheimer's. If you want a caring, passion, well-organized, dependable company to take care of your loved one I highly recommend feel in his company and his crew. Being a veteran-owned business he has really with above and beyond for the veterans in our community.

Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
