Celine, I would only offer that you can expect many traditional offerings on the buffet. I have eaten there for Christmas and Easter and it was many of the traditional items as you would expect along with some items that Mariah's are known for. It was all very good. They did not let food get cool or run out. The wait staff were eager to help get you something on the buffet if it wasn't there. The holiday buffets I have eaten at were both very good experiences. I realize that doesn't give you exact menu items, but hopefully it gives you a general idea. You can also call them and ask. They will be happy to tell you and you can also make reservations for you and your party to ensure you will be seated.
