Why is there one waitress on a Saturday night?? She was working hard and did her best with situation. Dish washer had to come help with big groups that came in. Really shows bad management.

That would be a question to ask the company in charge of the franchise. When I went there last, the manager was awesome. Very engaging with customers and made sure every order left that kitchen correctly. It honestly felt like an episode of Hell's Kitchen. (I'm glad they showed that level of care and concern.)

Maybe they had someone call in sick
