It was good. I didn't get what I ordered, but what I got was good. I ordered chicken tenders and got a Frisco thick burger. There were many cars lined up waiting for there orders so I'm sure they just delivered us the wrong bag. It was close to noon and hectic.

Went there this morning to get breakfast through the drive-thru. No one in front of me, paid and was told to pull forward to white line and had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be brought out and it was cold by the time I got it. This place is horrible. More worried about their drive-thru times than they are getting customers their orders.

Asked for a side Omlete/ Omlete in bowl.. was told they don't have that.. All Hardee's has this option... for a $1 get to window they were very rude! Said they don't have that and I have to get a biscuit.. bypass and can't eat carbs without getting sick. Only reason new of side omlete was from manager at other stores. They wanted argue. Asked for manager she sold me one for double price

Passing through Jasper, Indiana and got Hardee's around 11:20am on Monday 12/20/21 . Our experience was phenomenal! The ladies working there took so much pride in their job. The food looked and tasted amazing! The service was great as well. It's rare these days to go somewhere and be treated as if we matter to the people who work there and get food that's prepared and packaged properly at the same time. But Hardee's in Jasper Indiana rocked it out on customer service, quality and presentation!!! 10/10 recommend! Thanks ladies, I wish I'd have gotten your names to make this more personal!
