Hi Elena, The rental fee includes: Private use of the banquet room, catering kitchen and outdoor patio for the date and time reserved, and set-up of tables and chairs specific to the Lessees’ needs. You are allowed to bring the caterer of your choice and alcohol is permitted. For an additional fee we can provide a dance floor, drapery and uplighting. Hope to hear from you soon. 704-696-7083
