They do have paint to draw with, but also dyes like RiT. Large corporations normally don't have the managers reply directly, so usually you'll have people who have reviewed the store reply.
Yes it's called RID, if you go to back section where the fabrics are located you should see it by the elastic. Ask the person who is cutting the fabric and they will show you 😉
