No you do not - it is a public park open to everyone. An inclusive accessible playground with an acre of fun things to do for children of all ages - and those who still have the heart of a child! The restrooms feature changing tables and fully accessible handicap bathrooms. A Mircle League baseball field, walking paths and a fitness equipment section in the playground round out the park. The miracle league is winding up its spring season so watch for notices for fall sign-ups. There is information on donating the the York Disabilities Foundation for future expansion of the park into the acreage that was given by the City of Rock Hill and Winthrop University. This park is a miracle and can keep growing if all of us just help a little!!
