Website says must reserve camp ground but there is no way to do so? And if it closes at 8 what does that mean if you camp there?

if you are camping overnight there, they leave the gate open. Contact the church for reservations. There are no hookups (power, water, sewer).

I'm not sure about camping there. I have only been to metal detect and dive looking for relics left behind due to the history of the area but I would assume that you could go on the Westminster church website and click on contacts to speak to a park rep. and inquire there about a campsite and how to pay. It's a beautiful place and I hope you and your family enjoy it. Sorry I wasn't much help.
