I think if you took your young one- you will have a blast!
They don't have a certain section for toddlers but I take my toddler all the time and he has a blast. They have socks available for toddlers as well.
They do not have a special section for toddlers but as stated previously toddlers have been seen playing there aswell on some of the trampolines. Personally I do not think it is an appropriate place for a toddler.
