It seems one has to have a license to fish off the beach . I saw a warden approach somebody who was doing just that , and that individual showed him what looked to be a license and he continued fishing . One cannot fish off the piers , but I've seen plenty of empty liver buckets , worm buckets , minnow containers , on the ground , ( sure wish folks wouldn't litter ) , to suggest other fishing spots . Probably wanna have a license ready just in case ...
