Returned equipment for a 3 day rental and was charged over 900.00 for 4 months. They said I didn’t return but once I went there and asked them to take inventory it was there. The manager and owner were both rude and blamed me for not knowing that they didn’t do the paperwork correctly. Said they emailed and called and I should have known they messed up. Poor customer service, rude and refused to say they messed up. Just wanted to blame me for their mistakes. Read the owner’s response to a customer below and consider if he talks like that to a customer on a public review how would he talk to you in a private phone call and you will know what made me so angry. He actually blamed me for them messing up paperwork and charging me a fraudulent charge from their mistake. Better shop elsewhere this place is a ticking time bomb. Also note that the owner removed his comments to other customers below and updated to a more nice reply.

Customer service was very poor for a Monday 8/28/22. First time renting from this place and I know why I don’t rent and own! Called days in advance for a machine measurement because of accessibility - for the machines we own wouldn’t fit. The owner along with another associate assured the measurement of the wheeled toro machine was 36” which would work for a 40” gate that we needed access to. After sending an employee to Cooke - two hour round trip to our job site the unit did not fit the specs we assured. After taking the unit back we were told we could not get a refund for their mess up. This is horrible customer service, I know why I use united and sunbelt going forward!
