No. This location has Vetco clinic that comes in 3 times a week. Wednesday evenings (6-8pm), Sat & Sun (9:30am-12pm and 1:30-5pm sessions). Its a walk in service but if you have previous vet records bring them in to put into Vetco system.
vaccines are not free but in low price. And they don't charge consultation fee like regular vets.
ASPCA will do it for free if you qualify but your going to have to spay/neuter your pet.
