I have seen bikes there, just saw one last week. I am sure if the toy is in good shape they will take it . If not they have a table out front they put stuff on. As with any store that takes donations make sure the item is in good usable shape as they cant sell items that should be trashed.

Give them a call I have not seen bike or toys their before but who knows

As with any store that accepts donations, you should just call. There may be times when they do, and they may be times when they are overwhelmed with particular items and no longer except those items for a month or whatever... The only way that you will know for sure is to call them. Otherwise, it's possible you'll just waste time going there if you don't call first.
