There are a lot of good reviews about this thrift store but I do not have one for you today. The date is August 5th 2022 and I paid this store a visit yesterday in 91⁰ heat. I called before I went and there was a message stating that they are open. Maps indicates that they're open Mom, tues and Wednesday and closed thur, fri, sat and Sunday but after I listened to their voice mail I figure there was just an update needed to their maps schedule. I had to take 2 bus's and walk about a 1/3 of a mile to get there just to see a large sign outside of the store stating that they're closed and everyone's on vacation for the week. I'm not sure why someone didn't change their voicemail to indicate that the store is closed but it was extremely inconvenient, time consuming and a complete waste of time. It takes less then 5 minutes to let people know in a business voice mail that no one will be there for a week. I spent the next hour walking in the heat trying to find another thrift store in the area, but for some reason most of the stores on Germantown ave were closed that day. I can't help but wonder how many other people went out to this store during their vacation just to find it closed. Didn't even set foot in the store once yet and already a bad experience.

This store being back the old skool thrift vibes with prices you can't explain,very cheap an affordable and the working hospitality was amazing..✊🏿💪🏿🙏🏾💯☮🕉

Such a great selection, with generally great quality. I appreciate that prices reflect quality, so if something is more worn, it won't cost as much as the same thing in newer condition. Not all Thrifts do this - thanks Bargain Thrift Team!
