Hilly. Sandy across or as trails at places. Very limited vehicle traffic. So if you don't mind hills and sand, yes, it is bike-friendly. But it was designed to be more of a one-with-nature kind of park than an intense exercise place. (While it has a couple tennis courts, I have never seen anyone on the courts).
