Some items are returnable to a store location. If the item is not an item that is not normally carried in your local store it may not be able to be returned in store. The store can still arrange for pick-up from UPS and FedEx so you dont have to deal with it.
It's easier to just call the store and ask, they would be able to assist you better in this situation
I purchased a coat from tractor supply in Moncks Corner, SC and when I went to try it on it was too small. I took it to the store in Virginia and they gave me a refund because they didnt have the right size for me.
