I live in Charleston since November of last year and I take my dogs are in a regular basis and I see countless dogs off leash there and there's never been any issues. But you have to be careful walking your dog on a leash because you when you have a majority of OFF leash dogs running around, playing etc! That can and will cause leash anxiety in that case dog(s) & pose unnecessary issues I. E. Pack mentality, fighting etc! Remember your leash is an extension your emotions / feelings! If your nerves and anxious your dog will also nervous and anxious!
