The grill out front is only for show
There food is way beyond superb. Delicious. You add your own spices. My family and I loves it.
If you're referring to the grill by the road, they don't use that. It's for aesthetics only. You might see it smoking some days but just for looks only.
Don't know where they smoke their bbq, I hope they don't cook it in an electric oven and add smoke flavor to it because I will know at the first bite.
He cranks the outside grill on during hours most days. But the hot good food is all inside. They cook in an area being the store most times.
