I have a bird's nest in my old dryer vent in the wall, a bird is stuck deep in the wall. What can I do??

Disconnect the dryer vent pipe one end at a time and block it off put a rag over the end of it tied off. do the same with the opposite end. Take the pipe outside and open up both ends.the bird will find his way free. Put a piece of chicken wire over the dryer vent to keep this from happening again. Just check it once in a while to be sure it is not getting clogged with lint if it is still in use.

What Phil said; however, be extremely careful with the chicken wire and the dryer lint. Maybe even think twice about doing it. My brother who is a fireman house burnt to the ground from the dryer lint that leaves the house, not the lint in the actual dryer. The dryer got the lint so hot it caught on fire and burned the entire house extremely fast!
