Cindy is wonderful. She altered my wedding dress, and it was even better than when I tried it on in the store! I was a princess, no a QUEEN on my special day, and it's a big thanks to Cindy!! She was quick and very reasonable since she did all the work herself. While I was there, I saw some of the other projects she was working on, and it was comforting to know that so many other people trusted in her work, which gave me a great sense of calm going into the process! Thanks for everything, and I would definitely use her services again!

She did a wonderful job letting out my work pants. She has a great little set up in her she shed since she had to adapt since Covid. Great alteration!

Told us that it was in her house, but it was in a small shed on the side of the house. When we told her that we were uncomfortable getting changed in a shed with cars going by, she was very rude to us.

I had a bridesmaid dress altered by Cindy. Unfortunately due to COVID, she asked that I do my try on / get measured outside her home which caused me to get dirt on the bottom of the dress. She did do a nice job hemming the dress and taking it in, however I had also specifically asked that some wiring be removed from the chest area as it was too structured, uncomfortable and I didn't like the look of it. Cindy said she would remove the wiring, yet when I picked it up months later, it was still there. I would have had a better experience if I could have gotten measured in a way that wouldn't have gotten my dress dirty, and she would have listened and removed the wiring as requested.
