Best thing to do is Park two blocks away at a parking lot that charges either 5 or 10 dollars and doesn't charge anything else after that over across the street from the customs house is your best bet if you don't mind walking

Or you could make a day trip park in the public parking 18 for the entire day. Only 1 block away from everything
