Service is okay but the drive-thru is the worst. Half of the time they forget to put food from my order. Food is also sloopy too

Every Taco Bell uses essentially the same ingredients, it will always be good but I do agree that the chain doesn't have very good training and the food is usually sloppy. I still really enjoy going here and appreciate them employing teens and giving a lot of them their first work experience.
