My dorito taco was stale. My fiesta potatoes over cooked they were crunchy and burnt. And my nacho bell grande had no nacho cheese and the chip tasted undercooked…. Don’t recommend this location

Didn't even ask what sauce I wanted so I just told them I wanted mild, then they told me to pay at the first window, went up to the first window and no one was even there. Waited for a bit and went to drive up to the second window to pay when someone leaned out the first window yelling at me to come back, not my fault since he wasn't even at his post. Then I get my food and look in the box and they had given me every sauce except mild. Worst establishment ever. Don't get a job if your not willing to put in the effort. Would not recommend. Plus my food was soaked in grease as always, the bottom of the box barely stayed in one piece.

This is normal. This location is horrible. Employees have bad attitudes, they're always slow.
My suggestion is that either they were that busy to answer the phone let alone a question pertaining to the service. Secondly I cant discuss about the food because of everywhere I go somethings isnt right not all the time but most. In the business aspect of this is they probably was trying to get the production up and out and sometimes people mess thing up, its understandable and happens were humans we as people just have to work threw the situation together constructive criticism in moderation helps. Ok time to get off my soap box. Sorry it happened, and Thank You for sharing I really hope your day is going well Today.

Complain to corporate manager,take and send photos. They usually send in plain clothes managers and start fireing people. If the dining room was like that,can you imagine the food prep area?????Yuck!!!
Go back to manager and explain to him/her you do not have w2 form to fill out. He/She will gladly provide one for you.
Every Taco Bell uses essentially the same ingredients, it will always be good but I do agree that the chain doesn't have very good training and the food is usually sloppy. I still really enjoy going here and appreciate them employing teens and giving a lot of them their first work experience.
