I'm expecting a delivery. When I ordered it, I gave them my phone number. But, I have a new number and can't get through to anyone to change it. Will they still deliver it if they can't reach me?

I would call the store that you bought it from and advise them of your new number and ask that question

They should. The phone call is typically just a heads up they are on the way. They still have to make the delivery attempt.
