Masks are required. Sterilization wipes and spray are used consistently. Hand sanitizer available.
There is some truth to what you're saying. Some of the furniture isn't very sturdy but there are some pieces that are quite durable. But I totally agree that the customer service is horrible.
Don't waste your time or money. There furniture is cheaply made. I'm not sure if they have new vendors but you are better off going somewhere else. I bought a dining room set in November and had nothing but problems. In January they finally deem it a manufactured defect and have yet pick up the furniture so I can get a refund.
I would call there customer service department
It depends on what it is. They do haul away old mattresses and box springs, there may be a fee involved though, but I'm not certain about other types of furniture.
Certain things are in stock- but I think it's by delivery only- not sure
