They cook the bread on site
They do, but never enough. They're always out of something. The service is horrendous and the food sub par. Go to Sprout's instead.
Mast Pro. Srputs is even worse. The lines are ridiculous and the bakery, smoothie bar is as well, always out of something. I have yet to have this issue at Panera. The cashiers can be slow, but there are plenty of self serve kiosks in the front. Avoid sprouts at all cost on the weekend afternoon folks.
