Why do people ride their bikes on the boardwalks and across the bridge ? There were a lot of people crossing the bridge with small children.. Seems like a place waiting for an accident to happen.

Because people don't like to get off the I bikes and walk because they are bike riders. If the park ranger catches them they may catch a fine. Until then I'd just watch my kids on the board walk

When I have been there most riders did follow the signs.

Not sure why they ride their bikes over the boardwalks when there are signs posted saying they are supposed to walk their bikes.
