Because zero stars wasn't an option. The memberships are not worth the money you will end up forking over. Half the rides are closed down and the place has a third of the staff they should have working. The staff that are present are not overseeing anything except their phones watching tiktok videos. The place is disgusting with trash everywhere, dirty floors and tables along with foam blocks and plastic balls rolling around. One kid vomited all over the place while his mother just shouted "oh no!" over and over again until the staff (or lack thereof) swept it up, not mopped and sanitized...swept! I wouldn't take a dump at this establishment, let alone bring my children here. STAY AWAY!!

They don't info you that when you sign up for a membership it's a 12 month commitment and they are very rude when calling them and requesting information. I have not had a good experience with them at all!!!!

This place is a hot mess. The guy operating the ride didn’t know what he was doing & most were out of order. Tried to order some food and there was no one there I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up. There was no supervision anywhere. Went on a Friday evening. First and last time going there. It’s pricey for what’s available to you

Customer service was awful. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to assist us with buying tickets. Once we finally got someone, we spent over $200 on platinum tickets only to find out AFTER THE FACT, that half of the rides were “closed/not working”. None of the staff were friendly or personable and it was literally DISGUSTING. Trash on almost every table, trash on the floors, dirty ball pit, etc. Staff members were often more busy on their phone/talking to coworkers than assisting customers. I would never in a million years recommend Urban Air Greenville to ANYONE. Save your money and go somewhere cleaner, w a nicer staff .
