Everything is extremely yummy, especially the sushi! I haven't been disappointed by anything on their menu and I've had just about all of it.

Nearly anything. Hibachi, Pad Thai, Seasme Chicken and sushi are all great! Never gotten anything I didn't like at Fusion. And the owner may ply you with free sake!
