Eddie is great! Service dept is clowns 🤡!! we used them once and vowed to never use them again. Preferring G'ville tractor instead. Over the last two years we've had to use them two more times due to scarcity of parts. Both times the repairs were put into a black hole that took weeks and weeks and weeks and then finally never got resolved because they couldn't even figure out how to order the right parts for our Kubota from a Kubota dealership. Currently, we are going into our fourth week on a cab replacement where we verified the inventory of the cab, by phone, the day before we brought it in, only to be told that one was sold within that same day. So, they ordered another one, it came in and it was wrong, and of course they ordered another one and it came today and was wrong as well.. BUYERS BEWARE!! If your kubota machine or your business requires service to operate to full potential, go somewhere other than here.. this place will do their best to put you out of business.. Clowns 🤡
