Mr Matthew was recently in the hospital and he says he was given the instructions to receive Ensure and is not getting it. Is there a reason why he is not given ensure?

Seems to be ops normal. My mother-in-law is diabetic and they didn't test her sugar for around 20 hours and even then they only tested her because family called to tell at them. We transferred to a better facility.
