Unprofessional and rude. Officer Biering does not understand the laws in the state he works. When he was informed politely that he was wrong he told me "take it up with your insurance company" and walked away. The rest of the department is useless in getting the situation fix.

Worthless and rude I guess if it doesn’t involve embarrassing people on a Facebook page they aren’t any good at it. What type of police basically tell you your situation isn’t important? Can’t even do the simple things expected of them.

I’ve had to deal with the police department several times and everyone has been very professional, especially the administrative assistant who sits at the very front window. She’s always so polite and helpful. Chief Ollic and his team do a great job for the Town of Moncks Corner!
