This McDonals has a really great group of employees! And yes they do seem to have some problems with the frappe machine breaking down and as for the chicken nuggets, I would imagine the emplyee was following company rules...ask a manager the next time you go there.
This particular McDonalds has habitual problems on a regular basis. My suggestion: Don't go there!!!

The Anamosa McDonald's is a big joke. The Burritos are always cold...they're always out of things... orders are constantly wrong...and quite often it's a long wait. There are times I've walked in there, and they would have 3 people running the entire place. They need to hire better staff, who actually care about their jobs. There are a number of people there who are related... which in the end, creates a ton of Drama.
