Would have rather ate a gas station sub from Casey's. They drenched the subs in so much sauce the bread practically dissolved. Subway if you're going to sell sandwich soup maybe provide a spoon, hell even a spork would do.

They don't accept corporate coupons and drown your sandwich in any sauce/ condiment you request, even if you request it "light". Staff always act as if you are a nuisance when you visit. As if they now have to stop what they are doing in order to serve you. Poor customer service. Hours of operation seem odd for a restaurant that offers breakfast options.

Some of the people were very friendly but some of them were definitely rude. I am upset they no longer have certain items on the menu and I hope it changes back. But i know this store is normally short of things that's why I don't stop there often.

Please, if you don't want to do your job, then find another one. Preferably one that is not customer service. If I have questions about the menu, don't just tell me that you don't know. Find the answer. Don't get an attitude and act like you don't care. Not sure who the blonde is working today (7-8-19) but all of the above is her. Other than that, I don't normally have a problem when I come in, once in a blue moon. I didn't particularly enjoy what I ordered but that's because or what I ordered. Seriously though - get better service providers. 🙄
