No early bird here and when you go there and see the AMAZING waterfront view overlooking the yacht basin, It'll be worth ordering a four course meal.

No. There are no dinner pricing specials, it is an upscale restaurant. The only advantage to an early dinner maybe would be relaxed dress.
No early bird specials. Go after 6pm Thursday thru Saturday, I believe, for some good entertainment . Food is fabulous.
