Yes it is! I used to go there on my lunch break. They are losing a lot of business because of new management.
I was there today, Fathers Day 2019. It was my first time ever @ this place, but after reading the previous comments here and applying what I experienced today, I think that maybe the downstairs area has returned to its former level of awesomeness.... I went there with hopes of finding a good backpack.... After an hour or more of moving bags to get at the bags beneath, I hadn't even come close to sorting through them all! There were SO MANY bags that were not only in great condition, but of the best brands.... Ogio, Swiss Gear, Samsonite, Eddie Bauer.... I found an immaculate Swiss Gear backpack worth $150 for $8.99, then found out that it was 50%off when I was checking out....
Prices have gone up too, like Goodwill. 😞
I went 2 Sundays ago and there was not one stitch of clothes downstairs and I guess the new management decided they wouldn't have the basement sales anymore "for a while" the worker said. 😔😔😔
