Came in at 420 to get my son’s sports physical done. And the practitioner (older woman) was very condescending & unwelcoming. She came out and did not greet me, then only decided to do so because I was staring at her. And was immediately told they were closed, and their sign says 430. I stated that their business hours said they were still open. She asked what time it was, I said 420 - and she then asked if I thought she could do a physical in 10mins, I’ve had them done previously (less than 15mins) so I said yes. She then proceeded to say she couldn’t do it. Would not recommend this clinic, because per her words she has other things to do. And also told me that I could attempt to self sign in and if it allowed me to do so (which she knows it wouldn’t), then she would see me. Go else where; where they are welcoming and pleasant even if they can not assist!

My first experience was okay. My 2nd experience is why I’m typing this review today. The Nurse Practitioner was rude. She told me, “Hurry up and make a decision because I have other people who have appointments.” RUDE! It’s not my fault that you’ll have the appointment times so close to each other. Once the patient is in the room, it’s there time. There’s a professional way she could of said. She was impatient, rude, and unprofessional.

I do not suggest this site for the simple medical services they provide. The practitioner may have a nice seat side manner but obviously not able to remedy what you may come for. I came with a simple issue and left with that issue unresolved and charged. I would have felt better with the admission of the practitioner not knowing how or not having the equipment to do it rather than acknowledging the issue and doing nothing to relieve it other than making over the counter suggestion of what I could do. Needless mention, the use of one of the products suggested was the reason why I had the problem that caused my congestion. There was someone there before me who had knocked on the door for an appointment to state he was leaving. No telling how long he was there. I wish I saw the reviews on this location before I went. Also, very glad I paid out of pocket for the non-service provided. Again, great seat side manner but not able to perform the task.
