Call your child's doctor they have the records... you may have to wait up to 72 hours for a copy but they will print it off for you and you can pick it up ... my son's doctor had it ready the next morning. Hope this helps
Gm office opens at 8:30. You can go in and request a Certified copy if it's for school or child care purposes.
