I've always loved Hobby Lobby and still do. However they seem to have one employee that needs customer service training. She was very loud when talking to another employee about "almost smacking someone" yesterday. When I went to check out I stood there(while she stared at me)and asked who was open because she was the only one at her register and it said "Refund and Exchange". She said "we are all open because it doesn't say closed.". I then said ok and moved up to her register and pointed out I thought she only did refund/exchange. She said "it doesn't say only". I never leave reviews like this but I am so tired of the lack of customer service in stores. It's not necessary or appropriate to be a wise a** to customers
