My daughter's husband is not sure he would like German food. Is there a suggestion of what he could eat or do they have any American food he would eat?

The schnitzel ( a thin but a large piece of tender pork breaded and cooked to a golden brown) is great! Also the red cabbage is heavenly!! I have asked if they would start making the cucumber salad again. Julia's is a great place to eat!!! But bring cash they don't do cards.

If your son-in-law likes pork chops, ask hime to try the plain schnitzel, or the jager schnitzel (with brown mushoom gravy). I would not introduce him to spaten just yet, but a simple schnitzel dinner with German potatoes is sure to pleasantly impress him! Enjoy!!

Schnitzel is just a pounded thin lean pork chop breaded and deep fried... Something anybody around here should like... Just order a plain one.

Sorry for the slow response. Probably the sausage small plates. Or the Sauerbraten.

If he likes pork he would like the plain fried schnitzel. He can get gravy on the side and I always get spaetzle. That is just noodles. Their salad is delicious!!
