Fresh out the freezer.....everthing they sell is flash frozen and deep fried as its ordered..all vegetables are canned
Wed & Sun they have a special dinner menu with 5 or 6 items for seniors: choice of fish, shrimp, chicken, or combo plates with 2 sides and drink for $5.99. Great deal!

Considering their inexpensive prices, I don't see how they could have low wages with the low prices and maintain a fresh fish dining sales system.
