Does anyone know where I can contact a agency that does TNR for feral cats. We rescued a litter of feral kittens fro a stray dog and caught their mother in a have a heart trap. The kittens are weened now and we need to have mom spayed and notched.

Hello Catherine, After asking different shelters, Dorchester Paws, and different veterinarians, I have been told that Charleston Animal Society performs TNR services! https://www.charlestonanimalsociety.org/cat-trapping/ Hoping this helps!
