Not sure, but you might be able to find the name of the owners somewhere online if an employee won't tell u. Maybe file a complaint with BBB or Chamber of Commerce. As for Kim Smith's response: We had horribly slow service the day we ate lunch there and considered leaving but we could tell they were understaffed that day, and the food--when it finally arrived--was good. Two of my children work as restaurant servers and I know from experience that something can always be done to fix a problem with an order. Sounds like a bad attitude to me. I wish u luck but recommend u never eat there again and u let all ur family, friends and acquaintances know about ur experience. Also complain on Trip Advisor.
