Was given the wrong order, had to wait for the mistake to be corrected.. was then brought out missing items and made to wait again. Contacted leadership & they refused to be helpful. Been coming here for years, hate to leave this review, but we were not happy with this experience.

Not sure, but you might be able to find the name of the owners somewhere online if an employee won't tell u. Maybe file a complaint with BBB or Chamber of Commerce. As for Kim Smith's response: We had horribly slow service the day we ate lunch there and considered leaving but we could tell they were understaffed that day, and the food--when it finally arrived--was good. Two of my children work as restaurant servers and I know from experience that something can always be done to fix a problem with an order. Sounds like a bad attitude to me. I wish u luck but recommend u never eat there again and u let all ur family, friends and acquaintances know about ur experience. Also complain on Trip Advisor.
