If you don't have the warranty or care package the it to a regular shop..
Go to regular mechanic. It will be much cheaper than at any dealership.
Not sure. In general, timing belts are expensive but i can bet it would be more expensive at the dealership. You should go to an independent shop. My guess is $300-$500.
